• Account details — name, nickname, email, phone number and, for businesses, business details.
• Booking and transaction data — services booked, appointment times and related history.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
• Usage data — device, browser and interaction data used to operate and improve the service.

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, and analytics cookies only with your prior consent. Every cookie and item of device storage we use is named, with its purpose and duration, in our cookie policy, where you can also change or withdraw your choice at any time.

We use your data to provide and secure the service, process bookings and payments, send transactional messages (such as verification and booking confirmations), prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interests as lawful bases under UK GDPR.

With your consent, Turkan Abla uses your name, email address and mobile number to send you offers and news about services on the platform, by email and by text message. Each channel has its own consent and neither is ever a condition of using the service. You can withdraw your consent at any time in your account settings or through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, and withdrawal takes effect immediately. We keep a record of when consent was given or withdrawn, which channels it covered, and the wording you agreed to. Our lawful basis for this processing is your consent under UK GDPR.

When you book, relevant details are shared with the business you book with so they can fulfil your appointment. We use trusted processors (for example, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for our database and authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and Brevo for managing marketing contact lists where you have consented) who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. You may access, correct, export or delete your data — including deleting your account and associated data from your dashboard settings. To exercise any right, please contact us at the address above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
