• Account details — name, nickname, email, phone number and, for businesses, business details.
• Booking & transaction data — services booked, appointment times and related history.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
• Usage data — device, browser and interaction data used to operate and improve the service.

We use your data to provide and secure the service, process bookings and payments, send transactional messages (such as verification and booking confirmations), prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interests as lawful bases under UK GDPR.

When you book, relevant details are shared with the business you book with so they can fulfil your appointment. We use trusted processors (for example, Google Firebase for hosting and data storage, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email) who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. You can access, correct, export or delete your data — including deleting your account and associated data from your dashboard settings. To exercise any right, contact us at the address above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
