Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free?+
Yes, and it does not expire. You get 50 bookings a month, up to 5 team members, your marketplace listing, your booking link and email confirmations — with no card required. We earn 15% commission on bookings the marketplace brings you, so we only make money when you do.
What happens if I hit the free booking limit?+
New online bookings pause until the next month. You will see how many you have left on your dashboard well before you get there, so it should never be a surprise — and upgrading takes effect immediately.
How does commission work?+
It comes out of the payout rather than being added to the customer's bill, so the customer always pays exactly your listed price. Free is 15%, Small business is 6% for a client's first booking and 3% after that, and Big business is a flat 5%. Bookings from your own link, your widget, walk-ins and cash carry no commission on any plan.
Monthly or yearly?+
Small business is £20 monthly or £200 for the year — 2 months free. Big business is £35 monthly or £300 yearly, and the yearly price can be spread over 3 instalments with Klarna.
Can I change plan or cancel?+
Any time, both ways. If you cancel you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, then drop back to Free — your bookings, clients and history all stay exactly where they are.
What is the online shop?+
On Small business and Big business you can sell products and gift cards from your profile page, with stock tracking and card payment. On Free the shop is hidden.
How do special offers work?+
Small business includes 5 offers a month, each running up to 7 days. Big business is unlimited, each up to 30 days, and your offers can be featured at the top of the deals page.
What about VAT?+
Prices shown exclude VAT where applicable; VAT is shown on your invoice.
