How much does Turkan Abla take from my sales?+
Nothing, unless we found you the client. Marketplace commission is simple: new customer 12%, returning customer 6%, deducted from your payout. Bookings from your own link or widget, and anything paid in cash or in-salon, carry no commission. Businesses in Turkey pay a flat £25/month membership instead of any commission.
When do I receive payouts?+
Payouts follow your Stripe payout schedule - typically a few working days after each payment.
Do cash bookings cost anything?+
No. Appointments paid in cash or in-salon never carry commission.
